Monday-Friday (no specific hours-they will vary)

CLOSED: Saturday-Sunday & all major US Holidays.

Turnaround Time: My standard turnaround time for invitations and small orders is 2 business days.  Custom and larger orders may take 3-4 business days to complete.  This does not include weekends. 

All orders placed after 8pm EST on Friday will be done by the following Tuesday.  If it is a rush order it will be completed Monday.

Samples: I do not offer samples prior to purchasing.  All orders must be paid for in full before any work will begin.

Custom Orders:  I do welcome custom requests.  Please contact me early as it can take 1-2 weeks to complete custom requests depending on what you are looking for.

International Orders:  I accept all orders.

Shipping Fees:   There are no shipping fees.  Everything will be emailed to your.  Please check spam!

Invitation Picture Policy-All pictures need to be in 300 dpi or larger for best printing. I am not responsible for blurry or pixelated images due to the wrong resolution.
Please make sure you hold the copyright to the images you send me. I am not responsible for the misuse of professional pictures and you cannot hold me liable.

PROOFS: All files will be sent to the email address you provide for us.  Please check spam (sometimes our emails do go there).  Please respond to any needed changes within 24 hours.  If you do not reply within 24 hours I will consider no word from you as approval and no more changes will be made.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

File Formats: All files are sent to you in a flattened JPEG or PDF format.  I do not offer PSD files or any other type of editable file. 

Rush Order: If you need your invitation sooner than my standard 48 hours you will need to purchase the Invitation Rush Order fee for $5.00 at checkout.  *This does not include weekends or holidays.*

Color Change Fee- I am now able to change the colors of some of the graphics and cliparts I use (NOT ALL).  I will change hair color and skin color at no charge any other changes will incur a fee.  I will only change the color one time so make sure you 100% sure before I change it.  I will also only do basic and simple changes nothing detailed or fancy.

*Watermarks will be removed from all completed files.
