General Information:
Welcome to Pink Hippo Boutique! Pink Hippo Boutique was created by me and is run by me. I am a one woman shop! I work very hard with each order to ensure my clients are 100% statisfied with their order. All of my work is done in my smoke free, pet free home!
Store Hours:
I do not have set hours through the week. A bulk of my work is completed at night when my kids go to bed. I am closed on all major US holidays.
Placing Orders:
Please make sure that before you place any order you check my schedule. If you would like your order before your party date then please use that date as the date needed by. I guarantee you will receive your package by the date needed by but not necessarily earlier.
Payment:
Payment is due at the time the order is placed. If you require a special invoice then the invoice I email must be paid before any work will be started.
I accept all major credit cards or you can pay through PayPal.
Schedule:
I do not hold space on my calendar. The only way to ensure you get on my calendar is by payment.
Shipping:
All items are shipping from Georgia (US). All items are sent vis USPS First Class with delivery confirmation. I can upgrade shipping upon request.
*All items are shipped one (1) to one and half (1.5) weeks priror to the date you enter at checkout!
With this said, if you want your order 2 weeks before your party then that should be the date you enter at checkout as the date wanted by (as long as I am not booked). If you enter your exact party date then it will ship about a week prior to your party.
International Shipping:
Unfortunatley I am no longer accepting international orders. It is too hard to estimate the cost of shipping and delivery times. (This does not apply to DIY Items as anyone can order those).
Free Shipping:
I offer free shipping on all order over $150.00 for anyone in the United States!
Refunds & Exchanges:
Refunds are given on a case by case basis. If you are not happy with any items please contact me within 2 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue.
Digital Items-Due to the nature of these items we cannot give refunds for any digital items.
Additional Information and Policies:
Rush Orders-I will do rush orders if I can fit you in my schedule but there will be a $10.00 rush order fee. A separate invoice will be sent for that payment.
Proofs-I send proofs for almost everything I do. Please check your spam folders! If i do not hear back from you after 2 days I will send your package as is. I will NOT issue a refund for anything that is incorrect on the items as I did my best to get in touch with you.
Picture Policy-All pictures need to be in 300 dpi or larger for best printing. I am not responsible for blurry or pixelated images due to the wrong resolution.
Please make sure you hold the copyright to the images you send me. I am not responsible for the misuse of professional pictures and you cannot hold me liable.
All of my items are made in a smoke free and pet free home.
DIY Printables:
If you order any of my DIY Printable items you will be emailed a proof within 48 hours. Once you approve the proof all files will be emailed to in high resolution format for printing. Please check your spam folders. You do not need to worry about my calendar for DIY Printables.
