I accept all major credit cards and Paypal.

Is there a phone number where I can reach you? TOP
At this time I only correspond via email. My business is in my home and I have two young children that make it very challenging to talk on the phone. I do check my email regularly throughout the day and will answer any questions you have.
Do you ship internationally? TOP
I am no longer taking international orders. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are too difficult to predict.
What is your refund policy? TOP
At Pink Hippo Boutique we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If for some reason you are unhappy with your order we will work with you resolve the issue.
Digital Items and Printed Cards-Due to the nature of these items we do not offer refunds.
Handmade Items-All refund requests must be submitted 2 days after receipt of the item. Simply contact us using the Contact Us form and include the following information:

Your Email
Item (s) Ordered
Date Ordered
What was wrong with the item
Please note that before a refund is issued we will need the item(s) returned to us. You will be responsible for shipping the items back to us and we do not cover that cost.
We will then contact you to issue the refund. Please note all refunds will be credited back to your card. No checks will be issued.
Can you change or make custom graphics? TOP
At this time artwork colors (such as hair color, eye color etc) cannot be changed. If other colors are available I will list them in my options section.
Font colors and backgrounds can be changed I have several options for those.
I am trying to purchase a digital file, but why am I being charged shipping? TOP
If you are purchasing the digital file ONLY then you do not have to pay shipping. Simply enter this code DIGITAL where it asks for a voucher number and it will take off your shipping charges.
If you are ordering a digital file along with other items that will need to be shipped you must pay for shipping so please do not try and use this code.
How are my items shipped? TOP
HANDMADE GOODIES
I ship via USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation unless otherwise requested by you. I can always upgrade to FedEx or UPS (FedEx is usually cheaper), but you must pay the difference. Should you decide to have your shipping upgraded I would simply send you and invoice for the difference.
DIY PRINTABLES
No physical items will be shipped. Everything will be sent to you via email!
How long does it take for items to be shipped? TOP
HANDMADE GOODIES
All items will be shipped 1-1.5 weeks from the date you entered at checkout. All orders are done based on party date not the date in which you ordered. I do keep my blog updated with orders that I am currently working on so you can follow me there to see where we stand with orders.
NO ITEMS WILL BE MADE OR SHIPPED UNTIL PAYMENT IN FULL HAS BEEN RECEIVED!
DIY PRINTABLES
All proofs will be sent within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment.
*Please note if you pay via echeck it takes 5-7 business days for those to clear so you will not receive any items until that payment has cleared. Please do not pay via echeck if you need your digital item fast.
How do I get you my photos? TOP
When you check out and complete the payment process you will be given a confirmation email. This email will have a link that you need to click on to upload your photos or you can CLICK HERE. This will take you to the upload photos page. You can only upload three at a time so if you have more you will have to keep going back to that page.
Please note we keep that link hidden to avoid spams and viruses. Thank you.
Do you do rush orders? TOP
Yes! If you need your item during my "booked" time frame I will fit you in if I can for a $10.00 fee. You should always contact me first before placing your order if I am booked for your weekend.
If for any reason I cannot fulfill your order a full refund will be issued immediately.
Do you offer discounts if I purchase mutliple items? TOP
At this time I do not offer discounts when you buy several items or large quantities of one item. I do offer free shipping (to U.S residents only) when your purchase total is $150.00 or more.
Everything is handmade by me, I do not have large machines or printers. My prices are based on the supply cost and my time.

How do I get on your schedule? TOP
You must place your order and pay for all items before you will be placed on my schedule.
What date should I use at checkout for the "Date Needed By"? TOP
At checkout you are required to enter a "Needed By" date. This is so that I know when to ship out your order and have it in your hands. So if you enter in the date needed by as November 13th and your party is November 13th then you will receive those items November 12th (the day before). If you want your items prior to your party then you need to enter the date that you ACTUALLY want them by. I don't know when your party is so you are free to enter in what ever date you want...as long as I am open. Now with this being said I understand that sometimes time gets away from you so if I am booked and you want your items earlier you need to send me an email first to see if I can do it and if I can you will be charged a $10 rush order fee.
Can I purchase DIY Printables even if your calendar says you are booked? TOP
Absolutely! My schedule is only for handmade items. Things that I will make and physically ship to you.
The great thing about DIY printables is you can order them any time and I will get your proofs ready in 48 hours. It is great way to save money and time.
You do not need to check my schedule for any DIY Printable item.
How long do I have to approve my proofs? TOP
Handmade Goodies
You have 2 days to approve the proof that I email to you. If you do not approve your proof within the 2 days I will begin working on your items to get them shipped. I am on a tight schedule and in order to stay on track I need to get my orders completed. I will not give refunds for incorrect information.
DIY Printable
You have 48 hours to approve you DIY Printable proof. If I do not hear back from you I will email you the final high resolution file. If after that you need additional changes/corrections you will be charged $5.00 to redo the file.
